One of my goals in life is to experience new things! Taste different kinds of food, see new places, and try new things for the first time.. So, for this year, we started the year 2016 by taking a trip to Tagaytay.  We visit The Adoration Chapel of the Pink Sisters..  And then we head over to The Mushroom Burger! ((: Aside from the Bulalo at Mahogany Market, Taal Volcano, Sky Ranch, and Picnic Grove, this is one of the must visit place when you happen to be in Tagaytay.  This restaurant is located a few blocks from Sky Ranch Tagaytay. ((:  They cater almost food with mushrooms such as the spaghetti, burger patties, sisig, etc.   Did you know that they grow their own mushrooms?  These barns contains cultured mushrooms! Last December 22, 2015, I attended my friend's wedding.. Yayy! ((: How I love weddings! ((: I love to see how radiant the bride is while wearing her wedding dress.. I love to see the love in the groom's eyes while looking into her bride walking the isle.. I love to witness how they share their personal vows in front of the altar.. (Though it makes me a cry baby! LOL!) I love to see the dresses worn by bridesmaids and all the people included in the entourage.. I love wedding cakes and desserts.. I love the FOOD! Haha! (C'mon! Who wouldn't? LOL!) But basically, I shared this because this wedding have been special to me.. Because the bride and the groom is special to me! ((: The bride had been my friend since the very first day of my college life. And although we doesn't see as often as we want to, I know how they surpassed the trials in their relationship! Yeyy! It's one month to go before the awaited time of the year - Christmas Time! And this just means cooler weather! Those long nights and shorter days + cool weather makes it difficult for us to wake up early and prepare for school or work. But hey! It's the time of the year where we can don those jackets and boots that have been stucked up in our closets for months. I admit, I am one of those people who gets too lazy to prepare, most especially if the weather looks gloomy. It seems like my body sympathizes with the weather! LOL! However, when those times occur, instead of wearing the basics like tees and jeans, I opt for printed tops. In that way, I can sport a cheery mood instead of plunging in with the melancholic state of the weather. Moreover, I pair my printed top with my favorite 'go-to' bottoms -- leggings. In our modern time, when it comes to fashion, the trend is more of femininity. May it be in the sandals, slippers, colorful sneakers, dresses and skirts.. The feminine side will always dominate, even just by the colors and styles. Although jeans would never go out of style because of its versatility and comfort, one thing girls would never be without in our wardrobe are pieces of dress where they can utilize for special occasions such as a date with our special someone or formal events. Thus, we, girls invest on a dress that is classic but stylish that we would be willing to wear again for another special occasion. As for me, when choosing a dress, most of the time, I opt for a dress that is dainty, chic, and not dull (in color) which perfectly suits my personality; a fun, canty, and bubbly as they say. Every day is a casual day for m considering that we don't have uniforms in the office. You can wear whatever you want to wear as long as you still follow the dress code in the office. So, for those times that I have an event to attend to, I always opt for some girly ensemble. Yes! These are the only times that I am able to wear my dresses. It's time for them to shine! LOL!  On Jayne Perdano Dress H&M | Shoes SM Department Store I wore simple stripe black and grey dress when I attended my Godson's Christening. I chose this ensemble as it would look more lady-like on me and more appropriate for the event. The horizontal lin that stripes give makes an illusion of a little wider body especially for those who are petite like me! :)) And because the dress is sleeveless, I paired it with a cardigan to avoid exposing too much skin especially that I will enter the church.
